The purity of Turbiana in an elegant Classic Method sparkling wine
Belle Dosaggio Zero Metodo Classico 2018 from Cà Lojera is one of the most distinctive interpretations of the Lugana territory. It reveals the extraordinary versatility of Turbiana, the signature grape of the hills south of Lake Garda, combining freshness, savory minerality, and remarkable aging potential in an elegant Classic Method sparkling wine.
Made in the Dosaggio Zero style, with no sugar added after disgorgement, it offers a particularly pure expression of the grape and its terroir. Approximately 48 months of lees aging give the wine complexity, depth, and a refined aromatic profile, while preserving a crisp, precise, and linear character.
Elegant and highly gastronomic, this is a sparkling wine for those looking beyond conventional interpretations of Italian bubbles: a distinctive Classic Method capable of expressing the identity of Lake Garda with depth and personality.
The winemaker’s notes
"Turbiana is an extraordinary grape variety because it can maintain freshness and tension even after long aging. In this Classic Method version, with no dosage, the purest expression of the territory comes through: minerality, savoriness, and remarkable elegance as the wine evolves."

Why we chose it
We chose Belle Dosaggio Zero by Cà Lojera because it offers a different perspective on Italian sparkling wine.
Rather than relying on immediate fruitiness, it focuses on precision, depth, and character. Its long lees aging and zero dosage reveal a more sophisticated side of Turbiana, making it particularly appealing to Classic Method enthusiasts and to anyone looking to discover a less conventional expression of Lugana.
A bottle suited to important occasions, yet sufficiently versatile and gastronomic to accompany an entire meal.
The territory
Belle originates in the Lugana area, between Lombardy and Veneto, on the southern shores of Lake Garda.
The vineyards grow on ancient glacial soils characterized by white clay rich in mineral elements, which gives Lugana wines their distinctive savory character and contributes to their remarkable ability to age.
The lake-moderated climate and significant day-night temperature variations encourage slow and balanced grape maturation, preserving the acidity and aromatic freshness that are essential for producing refined Classic Method sparkling wines.
The winery
Cà Lojera was founded from the passion of Ambra and Franco Tiraboschi, who have devoted their work to expressing the character of the Lugana territory.
The winery cultivates vineyards on the ancient white clay soils of Garda, with the aim of producing wines defined by identity, elegance, and longevity. Turbiana is at the heart of the estate’s production and is interpreted in different styles, from traditional Lugana to more evolved expressions such as Belle Metodo Classico.
