Three Champagnes, three styles, three ways of expressing Champagne

This box brings together three very different Champagnes, selected to show just how diverse and fascinating the region can be.

Thiénot Brut, Michel Arnould Observation Grand Cru and Pascal Doquet Horizon Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs share the same appellation, but represent three distinct winemaking philosophies.

That is the idea behind this selection: not to choose three similar Champagnes, but to compare grape varieties, terroirs and winemaking styles, discovering how the choices made by each producer can create completely different expressions in the glass.

Three blends, three identities

Thiénot Brut is a blend of the three principal Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. This non-vintage cuvée is built around the balance between freshness, fruit and roundness, with reserve wines contributing continuity and depth to the Maison's style.

Michel Arnould Observation Grand Cru takes a different approach, with a blend dominated by Pinot Noir, complemented by Chardonnay. Coming from Verzenay Grand Cru in the Montagne de Reims, it brings greater structure and depth, with the character of Pinot Noir at the heart of the wine.

Pascal Doquet Horizon Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs offers a completely different perspective: 100% Chardonnay, sourced from the Coteaux Vitryats and produced according to the principles of organic viticulture. Its Brut Nature style and low-intervention approach place freshness, minerality and the purity of the grape variety at the centre of the wine.

Three producers, three philosophies

Maison Thiénot approaches Champagne through elegance, freshness and immediacy, creating a cuvée designed to express a recognisable and versatile house style.

Michel Arnould brings the identity of a Grand Cru grower from Verzenay, where Pinot Noir and the character of the Montagne de Reims create a Champagne with greater structure and depth.

With Pascal Doquet, we move towards a more minimalist and terroir-driven interpretation. Organic viticulture, low-intervention winemaking and the absence of dosage place Chardonnay and its terroir firmly at the centre of the wine.

A tasting journey through Champagne

This box is also designed to be enjoyed as a tasting sequence, allowing the differences between the three bottles to emerge:

Thiénot Brut → the balance created by Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier.

Michel Arnould Observation Grand Cru → the structure and depth of Verzenay Pinot Noir, combined with the finesse of Chardonnay.

Pascal Doquet Horizon Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs → the purity of Chardonnay, the minerality of the terroir and the dry expression of Brut Nature.

Three Champagnes, but above all, three different ways of telling the story of the same region.

A box for anyone who wants to look beyond Champagne as simply a celebratory sparkling wine and discover how terroir, grape variety and the hand of the producer can profoundly shape its style.
